I'm not a studio. I'm one person who loves JRPGs too much and has very poor work-life balance.
By day I work full time in a hospital as IT Application Manger. By night, and honestly most weekends, I'm building Veiled Shadows. Every location, every character, every little detail hidden in the corner of a room.
I've always been obsessed with worlds that feel lived in. Characters who feel like they existed before you arrived and will keep existing after you leave. That's what I'm trying to make here, a quiet Japanese mountain town called Hayakawa, full of people with their own secrets, and something strange lurking just underneath everyday life.
It started as the game I kept waiting for someone else to make. At some point I stopped waiting.
Veiled Shadows is a mystery JRPG. You're a police intern. You have 30 days. And Hayakawa is not as peaceful as it looks.
Glad you found this place.
